为了深化全体教职员工对学校制度和文化的认同、做好9月正式开学的准备工作，上海外国语大学三亚附属中学为期半年的新教师培训活动进入到了7月集中在线培训阶段。旨在通过本次培训，让教师们能够在增进交流的同时对学校⽂化及教学各环节有更加明确的认识。下一阶段的现场培训活动将于8月9日正式启动。

     In order to deepen the identity of the school’s system and culture by all faculty and staff and to prepare for the official start of the school in September , the six-month new teachers’ training of Sanya Foreign Language School Affiliated to Shanghai International Studies University (SYFLS) comes to the first intensive online phase in July. The online training activities run from July 5th through July 31st, the purpose of which is to enable teachers to have a clearer understanding of the school’s culture and teaching aspects while enhancing their communication. The on-site training activities of the next phase will begin on August 9th.

       本次线上培训共分为语言与文化A、语言与文化B、数学与科学、信息与技术、人文与社会、体育与健康、艺术与设计以及运营八个小组，培训内容包括教书育人、课标研习、教材与教法、听课、说课与评课、学校文化认同、教师自我成长五个领域，教师以小组为单位自学与讨论。相信通过本次线上培训，上外三亚附中能够培养一支有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的“四有”好老师队伍，为日后培养“适应时代发展要求，外语见长、文理并举、五育兼备，创新型、复合型的高素质国际型预备英才”做准备。

       During this online training, the faculty and staff are divided into eight groups: Language and Culture A, Language and Culture B, Mathematics and Science, Information and Technology, Humanities and Society, Sports and Health, Art and Design, and Administration. The training content involves five areas namely: imparting knowledge and educating people, study of curriculum standards, teaching materials and methods, lesson listening, presentation and evaluation, school cultural identity, and self-development of teachers. The teachers first study on their own and then discuss in groups. It is believed that through this online training, SYFLS can train a team of “Four Haves” excellent teachers, who have ideals and beliefs, have moral sentiments, have solid knowledge, and have the heart of benevolence, preparing for the future cultivation of “outstanding talents ready to perform on the international stage who are adaptive to the call of the times, adept at foreign languages, balanced in liberal arts and science, with an all-round development”.
