真人图书馆丨“青春路上，检伴你行”——检察官进校园

【编者按】提起检察官，我们会想到“身着制服，一脸严肃，神秘庄重，一身正义”，这仿佛是他们的标配了。很多同学的梦想便是成为一名优秀的检察官，像他们一样守护法律的底线，充当维护人民合法权益的守门神！10月25日晚，真人图书馆带着同学们翻开了这本特别的“真人图书”，感受这神圣而特殊的职业魅力。

[Editor's Note] Speaking of prosecutor, we'll come up with the image "in uniform, serious, mysterious, solemn, and just." That seems to be their standard configuration. The dream of many students is to become an excellent prosecutor, hold the bottom line of the law, and act as a gatekeeper to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people! On the evening of October 25th the Live Library guided the students to open this special "Live Book" to feel the sacred and special professional charm.

来到本期真人图书馆的两位检察官是唐锐和王声月，他们分别来自三亚市人民检察院未成年人检察部和三亚市城郊人民检察院未成年人检察部。副校长董方、全体学生及部分教职工一同倾听了检察官的分享。

The two prosecutors who came to the Live Library this time were Mr Tang Rui and Ms Wang Shengyue. They were respectively from the Juvenile Department of Sanya Municipal People's Procuratorate and the Juvenile Department of Sanya Suburban People's Procuratorate. Mr Dong Fang, vice president, all the students and some faculty members listened to the prosecutors' sharing.

检察官的“十八般武艺”

王声月检察官为同学们介绍了检察院的主要职能，分享了检察官的日常——提审犯人，出庭支持公诉，案件分析，走访调研，法治宣传等，可谓“十八般武艺”样样精通。通过分享，同学们了解了检察官的真实生活，感受到了检察官严谨踏实的工作作风与公正的魅力。

Ms Wang introduced the main functions of the procuratorate, and shared the daily routine of prosecutors: deliver a gaol, appear in court to support the indictment, analyse the cases, interview and investigate, and make legal publicity. They are doing well in all regards. Through this interaction, students have a clear understanding about the real life of prosecutors and the steadfast working style and charm of justice they hold.

“十八般武艺”之法制宣传

王声月检察官以日常工作之“法制宣传进校园”为例，根据“一号检察建议”文件发出的背景案例，为同学们做了一场生动的关于“预防性侵”的法制宣传。讲解了“什么是性侵”、“如何预防性侵害”等问题，并结合自身的办案经验分享了几个关于未成年性侵的真实案例，介绍了防范性侵害的方式方法，以及遇到性侵犯该如何应对和处理，从而让同学认识到未成年性侵的危害和自我保护的重要性。

Taking legal publicity into the campus as an example, Ms Wang started from the case background of No.1 Procuratorial Proposal, and made a legal publicity concerning precautionary measures against sexual assault. She elaborated about what sexual assault is and how to prevent it from happening. From her experience in handling the cases, she presented some real sexual assault cases which have committed against juveniles. She also proposed several measures to fight against assault and how to deal with impending sexual assault so as to raise students' awareness of the harm of sexual crime to juveniles and the importance of self-protection.

法制宣传并非简单的灌输，他们会根据宣传对象的不同，采取不同的方式。比如，在宣传现场，她通过采用“问答有礼”的方式激发了同学们的兴趣，同学们不仅认真聆听而且纷纷踊跃发言和互动，现场气氛轻松活跃。

Legal publicity does not centre on simply indoctrination but takes different approaches to different audiences. For instance, students were encouraged to ask questions to stimulate their interest on the spot. The young minds did not only listen to the speech with full attention, but also actively took part in the Q&A, creating a relaxing environment.

通过此次“真人图书馆”，同学们不仅扩大了法律知识面，提高了分辨是非的能力，学到了很多实用的自我保护知识，还感悟到了生命的价值与可贵，感受到了检察官的严谨与担当，更感受到了一种光芒，这种光，能照进每一个同学的心中，是公平正义的“魅力之光”！它将成为同学们成长的“养分”，激励他们勇敢前行！

Live Library that very day opened our students' minds about law and did help them to differentiate between right and wrong. They learned a lot about self-protection and value of life. To be a prosecutor requires duty and responsibility, and it is full of brilliant radiance, a light of justice and equality, shinning into the heart of everyone. It will nurture our students and give them power to step forward.
