为庆祝中华人民共和国成立71周年和中秋佳节，我校全体师生集中学习了社会主义核心价值观，深化了爱国主义教育，在中秋、国庆双节到来之际，我校全体师生还举行了升旗仪式。
In the celebration of the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the Mid-Autumn Festival, all the teachers and students of our school focused on learning the core socialist values and deepened the education of patriotism. On the occasion of the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, we also held a flag raising ceremony.
升国旗 庆国庆
在升旗仪式中，全校师生在做好常态化疫情防控措施的基础上，举行了升旗仪式并做了国旗下的演讲。升旗仪式是我校对学生爱国主义主题教育的一项主要内容，这不但激发了学生们的爱国热情和民族自豪感，还表达了我校学生永远跟党走，传承革命精神，自强不息、奋斗不止的决心。
During the flag raising ceremony, under the complete normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, all teachers and students held the flag raising ceremony and gave a speech under the national flag. The flag raising ceremony is one of the main contents of the patriotic theme education of our students. It not only stimulates the students' patriotic enthusiasm and national pride, but also expresses their determination to follow the Communist Party of China forever and to devote their youth to the motherland.
国旗下的演讲 追忆峥嵘岁月
尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好！
我十分荣幸能够代表全体同学来做国旗下演讲。今天，在即将迎来祖国母亲的71周年华诞之际，我们举行这庄严的升旗仪式，仰望着国旗冉冉升起，耳畔回荡着气壮山河的国歌。回首过往，1949年10月1日，一个振聋发聩的声音响彻东方！世纪伟人毛主席站在天安门城楼上向全世界庄严宣告：中华人民共和国成立了！也就是从这天开始，在世界的东方大地上，树立起一面令人瞩目的旗帜——五星红旗！
改革开放以来，祖国的发展日新月异，从八十年代的煤油灯茅草屋，到现在安适而明亮的教室，从吃不饱穿不暖，到现在的粮食大国，这是每一个平凡如我们的父辈的奋斗者们，踏踏实实走出来的。在祖国最危难的时候，医护工作者们救死扶伤；军人战士们保家卫国；科研工作者们潜心研究，是他们挺身而出，负重前行，无私奉献，守护着我们，给我们带来了优越的学习生活条件。作为新时代的少年，我们应当心存感恩，珍惜现在的生活，更要从他们手中接过接力棒，守护我们最爱的祖国！
从来没有不付出就能赢得的收获，也从来没有一蹴而就的成功。回首过去的三个星期，师生齐心，我们甘甜与共。从刚开始早操的拖延散漫，到现在能按时整齐地在操场等待；从毫无独立生活经验到学会友爱互助；从刚开始对作息和课程的手足无措到现在的渐入佳境。面对繁忙的学习生活，我们从没有想过放弃；面对生活上的不适应，我们迎难而上！我相信，这一切的一切，终将成为我们最美的青春。在未来上外三亚附中的学习生活中，让我们在不断前行的路上，成为更优秀的自己，让我们牢记附中使命，为祖国发展，为中华民族的伟大复兴不断奋斗！

Good morning, dear teachers and fellow students!
It’s my honour to make a speech on behalf of all the students. As we know, our motherland is going to celebrate its 71st birthday. Right here right now, I can’t help but recall the day when the founding of the People’s Republic of China was declared by Chairman Mao. What an exciting moment it was!
Since then, our country has been developing quickly and we can benefit from advanced technologies in fields like education and medicine, which should be attributed to the hard work of generations. We should be grateful to people from all walks of life such as doctors, soldiers and scientists for their contribution to the country, and cherish the hard-won happy life even more. Without them, we can never study in a peaceful and comfortable environment like today.
It is because of their selfless devotion that our country becomes rich and strong and we can study in such favourable conditions. Now, we have already studied in this school for three weeks. At first, the tight timetable made us felt like fish out of water. Gradually, with the help of teachers, we have learned to cooperate with each other, get ready for the morning exercises in time, and manage to deal with the many classes. Let’s take advantage of the excellent environment to study hard; let’s strive to be outstanding talents with all-round abilities; let’s get ready to serve our country and make it glorious forever!
