为什么要家访？
目前，我校2020年新生录取工作已全部结束。今年9月，上外三亚附中将迎来第一批优秀的学子。开学在即，为了更好地拉近师生及家校之间的距离，践行我校家校共育、全员德育的教育理念，我校领导班子携带教学部和学生部负责人、备课组长、初一年级长及全体初一年级班主任，展开了为期两周的家访活动。
At present the enrolment of our new students for the 2020 school year has ended. In September of this year SYFLS will see the outstanding students starting new school lives for the first time. As the semester is about to start, the leading team of our school, accompanied by the heads of teaching department and student department, the lesson preparation group leader and the chief and all class teachers of Grade 7, carried out two-week home visiting in order to shorten the distance between teachers and students and between their homes and the school and to practice our school's educational philosophy of home-school co-education and moral education for all.
家访时，新生“大礼包”有什么？
本次家访活动是老师和家长、新生的第一次近距离深入沟通。为此，老师们贴心地为每位新生准备了新生“大礼包”——生活物品清单、疫情防控承诺书及开学作息表等。家访前，老师们提前打电话与新生家长沟通，安排家访时间，全力保证家访的顺利进行和全员覆盖。

家访做了些什么？
即使在8月，三亚依旧有散之不去的热意。这个暑假，老师们牺牲了休息时间，在结束了白天的紧张工作后，还利用晚上和周末休息时间奔赴各位新生家中家访。
Though in August, the heat is still lingering in Sanya. At the end of this summer vacation teachers of SYFLS sacrificed their breaks and made full use of every workday evening and weekend, after days of intense work, to visit the freshmen.
在家访时，老师们了解了新生的小学阶段学习情况、今年暑期安排及开学前准备等方面的情况，介绍了我校的作息时间、课程安排和管理模式。此外，为消除学生对初中生活的陌生感和开学前的焦虑，老师们向新生介绍了初中日常学习生活的特点、要求和注意事项，帮助学生提前认识初中生活，增强学生踏上初中迎接新生活的信心。通过本次与学生的近距离交谈，老师们更好地了解了孩子的学习情况、性格特点、爱好、特长等。
老师们还同家长们沟通了家庭教育问题。老师们不仅了解了家长对孩子学习生活的关注程度，还认真地回答了家长关切的问题和疑惑，仔细倾听并记录了家长们提出的建议。本次家访活动得到了广大家长的认可和赞赏，认为此举真正体现了“家校共建，同心协作“的教育理念。家长们还纷纷表达了对学校工作支持和配合的意愿，期待能够早日加入到家校的建设活动中，为班集体以及学校的发展贡献智慧和力量。
Teachers and parents discussed some topics about family education. Teachers analysed the parents’ amount of attention paid to kids' studies and lives, addressed concerns parents had and noted suggestions parents raised. Parents highly appreciated these home visits, saying that it demonstrated the idea of school-and-family cooperation. Parents also showed their willingness of participation and involvement in future school activities.
通过本次家访，新生和家长更加深入地了解了我校的育人理念和课程特色。面对新生与家长对学校的信任和选择，学校全体教职工深知，唯有回馈高质量的教学和高品质的教育，才能更好地成就我们的孩子。
Through these home visits, the incoming students and their parents get to know better our cultivating concept and course features. In the face of the trust in—and choice of—our school by each family, the faculty and staff of our school fully understand that only feedback with high-quality teaching and education could better fulfil our students’ futures.
孩子的成长离不开家长的陪伴，学校的发展离不开家长的支持，只有家校配合，一起努力，才能让孩子走得更远。新生家访工作还在继续进行，希望在新学期中家校可以形成合力，为孩子的健康茁壮成长添一份力！
Children’s growth cannot be separated from the involvement of their parents, a school will only develop with the support of the parents. Only through the cooperation and hard work together of schools and families can the students go farther. With the ongoing home visits, it’s hoped that our school and our student’s families can make joint efforts to adding more force upon the students’ thriving growth.
